We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 28 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

This period allows you to evaluate our service and decide if it meets your needs. 1.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within the refund period mentioned above. 1.3. Subsequent renewals or billing cycles are not eligible for refunds. 2. Non-Refundable Items 2.1. Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. 2.2. Any fees associated with third-party services, integrations, or add-ons are non-refundable. 3. Refund Process 3.1. Return Process

To return an item, email us at support@dogbase.co with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Return shipping charges will be paid for by us.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
